Silvey's Winter CubFest
December 2014
Traditionally the last CubFest of the year, this event continues to pick up steam each year. This year thirty folks from Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky and Ohio attended and had a great time. The guys worked and learned with several projects getting done, including a Cub being split for a transmission disassembly and repair. A carburetor rebuild, which included a warped top repair and the dismantling and cleaning of a generator were also accomplished in the short time we were together. This CubFest is held in a heated four car garage and provides plenty of room to get things done. Once again the ladies came through by providing a great lunch along with plenty of cookies, cupcakes etc. If you have a chance next year, put this one on your bucket list.
Deep South CubFest (DSCF)
Sneads, Florida
February 13th - 14th, 2015
Hello from the sunny south! Folks from Colorado, Mississippi, Louisiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and many other states will be converging on the Florida panhandle to take in the fun of the season's first CubFest of the year. Located in Sneads Florida, The Edenfield family along with several local friends (and fellow Cub owners) provide a great place for a CubFest. The many northern attendees soak up the warm winter air as they work on their cubs, help other s with their projects, chat with others and dive into the great food. The first CubFest of the season gets every Cub lover geared up for the many CubFests to follow.

Hope and Buddy open there place up for Cub Friends from near and afar again this year. This CubFest is just like the others, Fantastic. Buddy's well maintained shop serves as the perfect spot to accomplish nearly any task at hand. Everbody seems to have a hand in things as just about any repair you can think of is handled in quick order. The guys and gals talk about this event all year and it will soon be time for them the experience the fun all over again.
